Arrivals times are from 4pm. We offer a self check in service for you. You will get check in instruction via text message on the day of your arrival. If you want to check in earlier, please let us know.

We kindly ask guests to Vacate by 10am. If you want to check out later than 10am please contact us in advance to arrange it. There will be a extra charge depending on the request.

Full payment will be required at the time of booking to reserve accomdation and you will recieve an confimation email from us with your reservation details. We require two weeks (14 days) notice prior to the arrival date, for cancellations to receive a full refund minus a admin fee of 10% of your total accommodation cost. After 14 days a refund will not be offered unless we are able to re-let your accommodation(s) We strongly advise all guests to have appropriate travel insurance.

Lands End Accommodation has a strict no smoking and vaping policy within the buildings. Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated areas.

Guests are fully liable for any damages and theft during their stay and will be charged in full to cover any costs that may occur.

Dogs are not to be left alone in the rooms and not allowed in the bed. We offer free dog beds with your stay. Your booking also includes a complementary dog towel to dry your dog and a dog bowl for food or water.

Access statement for Main Accommodation -Gravel entrance to the car park -Level access from the car park to the main accommodation consisting of gravel and concrete -All rooms are on the ground floor -There is a small step (10cm) up into the main accommodation. -The entrance door is 113cm wide and leading into the dining area. -Off the dining area, there is bedroom 1(2 person bunk room), bedroom 2 (4 person bunk room) plus 1 small bathroom containing a toilet, sink and a shower cubicle (with an 20cm step up) -All doors are minimum of 73cm wide - There are 2 steps (18cm each step) down from the dining area to the fully fitted kitchen -The hallway leading to rooms 3 & 4 is 83cm wide and level with the kitchen -Bedroom 3 (twin/double sleeping 2), Shared bathroom and bedroom 4 (6 person dorm room with en-suite) -The shower cubicles have a 23cm step up into them. -We use non allergenic bedding -Remote controls for Televisions in every room -The accommodation is suitable for part-time wheel chair users -We have an outside summer house for guests to use which has a 20cm step up -We are 45 meters from the nearest bus stop on level ground. Access statement for en-suite Accommodation -Gravel entrance to the car park -Level access across gravel and paving slabs to the alcove -9cm step down onto gravel, approaching the en-suite entrance -The main entrance door is 79cm wide -The en-suite has a sliding door with the width of 65cm -There is an 8cm step into the shower cubicle -The room has a flat screen Television with remote control -We use non allergenic bedding -The accommodation is suitable for part-time wheel chair users -We are 45 meters from the nearest bus stop on level ground.

Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on computer. We would like to hold this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers.
