Covid 19 Safety Measures

Please do not arrive without a reservation

PLEASE NOTE

Face coverings should be worn at all times in all indoor 

communal areas.

 

For everyone’s safety we ask that you do not travel if you have any of the

following symptoms:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or

back

  • a new, continuous cough – coughing 3 times or more within an hour

  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

 

If anyone in your party has any of the above symptoms, we ask you to simply

contact us and let us know and we can re-arrange your stay for another date. It is

IMPORTANT YOU DO NOT TRAVEL. We reserve the right to cancel your

booking on arrival if you display any of the above symptoms.

Check In/Out

 

  • All guests can self check in/out where possible

  •  All payments due can be made by BACS or card prior to their stay

  • If guests require anything during their stay, contact can be made via

telephone or email

  • Please note: We will not enter the property during your stay unless

there is an emergency or a maintenance issue.

Cleaning

We take the safety of our guests very seriously and for peace of mind, each room

is thoroughly sanitized before your arrival.

  • Rooms are sprayed with Rapid-10 sanitizer – kills Covid-19 within 2

minutes of contact

  •  Each room is then cleaned with an anti-viral disinfectant

- all laundry is washed at 60 degrees

  • All crockery, pots, pans, etc are put through a dishwasher at a high

temperature

  • Staff have training in Covid-19 Essentials: Infection Prevention and PPE –

a course designed to reduce the spread of infection in the workplace

Social Distancing

Although you will have your own area/room just for your family, please

co-operate with up to date socially distancing measures when you are

moving around shared areas of the property and within the community.
